Flora has over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Her work history includes working with state (provincial) and municipal governments overseas and in Canada.
Passionate about good governance, fiscal accountability and excellence in public administration, Flora joined the Toronto Regional Group Board in 2015 to contribute to the work of IPAC in supporting excellence in the public sector. Her contributions to the Board include serving as Treasurer as well as Lead for the Lieutenant-Governor' Medal of Distinction Award.
Flora is a Chartered Accountant overseas and also holds a Master of Public Policy, Administration and Law from York University. She currently works in the private sector.
